Hello listeners. Hafiz and I want to wish all of you a very Happy New Year and hope that all that you wish for yourself will be fulfilled. New Year’s day is one of the happiest times of the year. People look forward to it, hoping to put the past behind them and start over, and wish that the new year will be happier and better than the one before. It is customary for people to also make New Year resolutions. But, as experience tells us, by the second week of February most people would have given up on their resolutions. What went wrong? What will it take for us to stick to our resolutions and achieve them? These are some of the questions Hafiz and I will try to answer in this episode of the WADT podcast.
